NZCT SECONDARY SCHOOL GIRLS

​The NZCT Secondary School Girls' (NZCT Girls’) competition is a secondary school competition for year nine to thirteen girls. The NZCT Girls’ competition provides the opportunity for every girls’ or co-ed secondary school in New Zealand to play in a limited overs knockout cricket competition.

SECONDARY SCHOOL BOYS
FIRST XI CUP

The Secondary School Boys’ First XI Cup (First XI Cup) is a secondary school competition for year nine to thirteen boys. The First XI Cup began in 1990 and is among the longest-running competitions in secondary school sport. The competition provides the opportunity for players to compete against some of the best school teams in the country with many first-class cricketers and BLACKCAPS having made their name in this tournament.

OCA McCULLUM CUP

The McCullum Cup is an annual pre-season tournament played at Labour weekend, aimed at supporting secondary school cricket teams get back into our summer game.

This competition has two sections:

Cup (Tier One) - 1st and 2nd XI teams

Shield (Tier Two) - 2nd, 3rd XI and junior teams 

HAWKE CUP

The Hawke Cup is the major competition for New Zealand Cricket's District Associations.The competition is split into four zones, within each zone a full round robin is played, with games being played over two days. Each zone’s winner gets a three-day Hawke Cup Challenge against the current holders. To win the Hawke Cup, challengers must beat the holders on their home ground.
